Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Revenue-Sharing Incentive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, sales-oriented and field-driven Field Coordinator based in Gorakhpur to support the implementation and expansion of Scholar Planet across assigned government and private schools.
The role will have a primary focus on private-school business development, sales, lead generation, demonstrations, follow-ups, and revenue generation, along with field-level coordination and implementation responsibilities.
The Field Coordinator will also be responsible for the successful execution of the ITC Project covering 6 schools,



coordination and monitoring of student and teacher onboarding across 25 assigned districts, and identification and development of private-school opportunities in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities

1. Private School Sales & Business Development – Primary Responsibility
● Identify and generate leads from prospective private schools and educational institutions in the assigned area.
● Map private-school opportunities district-wise and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
● Identify key decision-makers such as school owners, directors, principals, management representatives, and trustees.
● Initiate contact with prospective schools through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and field visits.
● Conduct Scholar Planet product demonstrations and presentations for school management and decision-makers.
● Understand the requirements and pain points of schools and position Scholar Planet accordingly.
