Role Description
The Engineering Lead – API Platform is a full time remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure API platforms. This role involves architecting API solutions, guiding engineering teams in implementing best practices,



and overseeing integration with internal and external systems. The Engineering Lead will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing code, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards, optimizing performance, and resolving complex technical issues. The role also includes mentoring team members, improving development processes, and contributing to strategic decisions around platform evolution and technology selection.
