The Role:
Half strategist, half operator.
You will build the growth plan for a client and then get into the accounts and ship it. You'll write the media strategy on Monday and be inside Ads Manager restructuring campaigns on Tuesday. We don't separate the thinking from the doing here, and we're not hiring someone who wants to.
Our clients are international, high-ticket, and expect numbers. You'll own a portfolio of them end to end, across organic and paid, from first audit to monthly board-level reporting.

What you'll own

Strategy (50%)
Build full-funnel digital plans for clients across markets: audience definition, channel mix, budget allocation, funnel math, and the unit economics behind every recommendation
Run market and competitor research that ends in a point of view, not a summary
Set the measurement framework: what we track, why, and what we do when the number moves
Lead client strategy calls. Push back when the client is wrong. Explain the trade-off in one sentence
Spot the next lever before the client asks: a retention play, a current market, a CRO fix,



a channel we should test
Execution (50%)
Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Structure, audiences, creative rotation, bids, scaling. Your hands, not a junior's
Run SEO end to end: technical audits, keyword strategy, content briefs, on-page, link acquisition, and the reporting that proves it moved
Own tracking: pixels, CAPI, GA4, conversion setup, dashboards. If the data's wrong, everything downstream is wrong
Manage CRO and landing page programmes: hypothesis, test, read, roll out
Brief creative and content teams with the angle, the hook, and the objective, then review what comes back against the brief
Build and maintain email and retention flows that work as a revenue channel
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting that a founder can read in five minutes and act on
