Role Description This is a full time, on-site Product Specialist role. We have vacancies at multiple locations across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, AP & Telangana regions.

Qualifications
Strong product knowledge and experience in a similar technical customer-facing role




Analytical skills to understand technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and interpret customer feedback
Effective communication skills for explaining complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
Customer service skills to manage inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive client relationships
Sales support abilities to collaborate with the sales team and contribute to product positioning
Bachelor’s degree in Science, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices is an advantage
Ability to work on-site at given Head Quarter location, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple priorities
