We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to manage and execute offline marketing activities, build local brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, local promotions, corporate outreach, events, partnerships, and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Conduct field marketing activities across offices, events, and other high-footfall locations.
Identify and develop local business partnerships and tie-ups.
Visit corporate offices,other potential customer locations for promotional activities.
Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, events, activations, and local promotions.
Coordinate and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, samples, and promotional merchandise.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organizers, societies,



and corporate offices.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
Track campaign performance, leads generated, customer responses, and conversions.
Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads, and marketing performance.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Explore new offline channels and locations for customer acquisition.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and marketing targets.
Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, sales, business development, or brand promotion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
