Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOU’s global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai.
nWorking closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications, this position will support global marketing programs including digital content, social media, website management, campaign storytelling, creative asset development, and marketing operations.
nThe ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with a solid understanding of digital media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing, who is comfortable working across teams and time zones.

nWhat You’ll Do
nExecute Global Marketing Initiatives

- Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India.n
- Translate strategy into high-quality content,



including campaign recaps, case studies, and marketing materials.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.n

nManage Website & Content

- Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements.n
- Ensure messaging aligns with active campaigns, client work, and overall brand positioning.n
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to engagement and user experience.n

nLead Social Media & Content Planning

- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities.n
- Create and publish content across corporate and executive channels.n
- Repurpose existing content (PR, articles, podcasts, case studies) into platform-ready formats.n
- Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth.n
