We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist our recruitment and operations teams with day-to-day administrative activities.

nKey Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams.n
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and internal databases.n
- Prepare, review, and organize recruitment-related documents.n
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.n
- Track contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements.n
- Maintain employee and candidate documentation accurately.n
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment dashboards.n
- Support job posting activities across various job portals.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.n
- Handle email correspondence and general administrative tasks.n




- Assist in maintaining company records and documentation.n
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.n
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or recruitment support.n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.n
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.n
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is an advantage.n
- Positive attitude with solid teamwork and problem-solving skills.n

- Experience supporting recruitment or HR teams.n
- Familiarity with document management and reporting.n
- Knowledge of Australian recruitment processes is an added advantage.n
