We’re looking for a Product Designer to design experiences for our last-mile Driver mobile app and internal Web Admin Panel. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to solve real-world problems for drivers and internal teams, simplify complex workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences across the Driver mobile app and internal Web Admin Panel.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, including understanding driver workflows and field pain points.
- Design for real-world conditions such as low connectivity, one-handed usage, outdoor environments, varying literacy levels, and different device capabilities
- Simplify driver workflows to reduce errors and delays in pickup and delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from problem definition through launch and iteration.

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Design/ UX Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and product thinking.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset — comfortable driving a problem end-to-end with minimal handholding
