We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Group Retirement & Protection Department within Axis Max Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving distribution of retirement products through strategic partnerships with corporates.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement business planning strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and distributors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Robust understanding of retirement products and services offered by Axis Max Life Insurance.




Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling solid relationship building with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
