Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s range of packaging products in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in alignment with revenue targets.



The role also involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to promotional materials and campaigns. The specialist will collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage pipelines.
Experience in Training to support onboarding of team members or educate clients on product features.
Background in marketing, market research, or brand promotion within manufacturing, packaging, or related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
