nAt FundsIndia, we're looking for sharp, financially-literate individuals who can hold a meaningful conversations about growing investments via Mutual Funds. You'll work with real customers at the beginning of their wealth-building journey, help them understand mutual fund investing,
nand guide them into making their first investment with us.

- Engage new leads through outbound calling - understanding their requirements, goals, and risk appetite.n
- Educate customers on the fundamentals of mutual fund investing: SIPs, lump sum, asset classes, risk profiles, and why FundsIndia's curated approach works.n
- Build genuine relationships nurturing leads across multiple touchpoints until they're confident and ready to invest.n
- Be the customer's go-to person for any questions during their onboarding journey.n

calling and talktime targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals.n
- Adhere to quality standards on every call: clear communication, accurate information, and a customer experience that reflects well on the FundsIndia brand.n
- Develop, track and execute a personal sales plan each week - know your numbers, own your pipeline, and manage your time to maximize customer reach.n
- Develop in-depth, working knowledge of FundsIndia's fund selection, platform features, and investment products to make relevant, personalized recommendationsn

n What We're Looking For
n Experience

- n
- 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, or relationship management - ideally in mutual funds, insurance, banking, or any financial services.n
- Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets in a calling-based role.n
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for finance
