Job Summary
We are looking for a

dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced DGM – Sales

to drive the company's real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, developing channel partnerships, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Allocate targets to team members and monitor individual and team performance.
Drive

direct sales and channel sales

for the company's real estate projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with

channel partners, property consultants, brokers, investors, and key customers .
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company's sales network.
Monitor the complete sales funnel, including





lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures .
Ensure timely follow-up and maximum conversion of leads.
Work closely with the

Marketing Team

to improve lead quality and develop effective lead-generation campaigns.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and target assessments.
Prepare and present

sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports

to senior management.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and demand patterns.
Develop strategies for

new project launches, inventory movement, and sales acceleration .
Assist the team in negotiations with high-value customers and channel partners.
Ensure adherence to approved pricing, discount structures, payment terms, and company policies.
Coordinate with

CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations

teams to ensure smooth booking and customer handover processes.
