nWe are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
n

nThe candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors,



and driving successful leasing transactions.
n

nThe role requires robust market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.

nKey Responsibilities

n* Handle retail and commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to closure
n* Identify and engage with potential brands, retailers, tenants, and property owners
n* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands
n* Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and market trends
n* Support clients with suitable commercial property solutions
n* Manage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processes
n* Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution
n* Maintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activity
n* Achieve leasing targets and business growth objectives
