About the Role
nLead Plant Finance and Finance Controllership functions. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Financial Planning, and FP&A.;
nResponsibilities

- n
- Manage product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization.n
- Oversee plant accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.n
- Ensure GST compliance, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.n
- Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and internal controls.n
- Partner with Plant Head and Operations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.n
- Drive SAP-based financial processes, reporting, and process improvements.n

nQualifications
nCA Qualified with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing company.
nRequired Skills
n
- n
- Robust expertise in Finance, GST, SAP FI/CO, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.n
- Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.n
