The candidate will support the Quality Manager in implementing quality control processes, conducting day-to-day inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance in civil and finishing activities.

Role & responsibilities
Perform stage-wise inspections of civil works (excavation, PCC, RCC, backfilling, soil compaction).
Inspect finishing works: tile/stone fixing, plaster, painting, false ceiling, etc.
Check levels, alignment, plumb, joint quality, and workmanship as per drawings.
Conduct material inspection and verify approved materials are used on site.
Prepare daily quality reports, checklists, and maintain ITP records.
Assist in concrete cube casting, slump test, and field density tests.




Raise NCRs for non-conformities and follow up for rectification.
Support in mock-up preparation and approval process.
Coordinate with contractors for quality-related issues.
Assist in documentation and audit preparation.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Civil / Materials / Quality Engineering
58 years of experience in site quality control.
Positive knowledge of IS Codes and construction quality standards.
Hands-on experience in concrete, soil compaction, and finishing works.
Proficient in MS Office.
Solid observational and reporting skills.
