Role Summary
nThe Fund Manager will support the Company's treasury, fundraising, investment, and capital market activities. The role requires a blend of financial analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to optimize funding, liquidity, and investment strategies.

nKey Responsibilities -
n Treasury & Liquidity
n
- n
- Monitor liquidity, cash flows, and borrowing costsn
- Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and treasury planningn
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and productive deployment of surplus fundsn

nFund Raising & Capital Markets
n
- n
- Support fundraising through banks, financial institutions, debt markets, securitisation, NCDs, and other funding channelsn
- Prepare funding proposals, lender presentations, and transaction-related documentationn
- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and market intermediariesn

nInvestment Management
n
- n
- Evaluate investment opportunities for surplus fundsn
- Track fixed-income markets, debt instruments,



and investment performancen
- Recommend investment strategies balancing liquidity, safety, and returnsn

nFinancial Analysis & Strategic Support
n
- n
- Develop financial models, investment analyses, and management dashboardsn
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory developmentsn
- Support strategic financial initiatives and business opportunitiesn

nStakeholder Management

- n
- Coordinate with Finance, Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholdersn
- Support due diligence, rating reviews, audits, and regulatory interactionsn

nCandidate Profile
n
- n
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualificationn
- 10 years of experience in NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Credit Analysis, or Investment Researchn
- Strong understanding of fundraising, treasury operations, debt markets, and investme
