Key Responsibilities
Lead and create visually engaging designs for social media, digital ads, presentations, campaigns, and marketing collateral
Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into solid visual concepts and design solutions
Explore and integrate
AI-powered design and image-generation tools
into the creative workflow to develop concepts, visual directions, variations, and assets
Stay updated with emerging
AI tools, design technologies, and creative trends , and identify opportunities to improve the team's creative process
Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, platforms, and campaign requirements
Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and the creative director to develop and execute campaigns
Implement feedback and revisions accurately while maintaining creative quality and meeting timelines
Maintain brand consistency across all design output and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital platforms
Manage and mentor a team of
3–4 junior designers , providing creative guidance and feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Experiment with new creative workflows that combine
traditional design expertise with AI-assisted tools
to improve efficiency and output quality
