Securden ( builds Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Security solutions used by enterprises worldwide. We're hiring a Presales Engineer to work at the front line of our sales cycle — helping prospects and customers understand, evaluate, and successfully deploy Securden across complex enterprise environments.

nThis is a technical, customer-facing role. You'll be the person prospects trust to answer the hard questions, run the demo that closes the deal, and make sure implementation goes smoothly once they're on board.

n We typically find the best fit for this role in PAM/PIM implementation engineers or PAM specialists looking to move into a more customer-facing, solutions-oriented career — rather than candidates with a pure presales/sales-engineering background but no hands-on PAM depth.

What You'll Do n

- Understand prospect and customer environments, use cases, and security requirementsn
- Deliver technical product demos and presentations during the sales cyclen
- Design and propose solutions tailored to customer environments (POCs,



technical evaluations, RFP responses)n
- Support customers through implementation, configuration, and deployment post-salen
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance during evaluation and onboardingn
- Act as the technical bridge between prospects/customers and our product & engineering teamsn

What We're Looking For n
- n
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience implementing, deploying, or supporting PIM/PAM and/or IAM solutions — this is the core requirement; we're looking for people who've been in the trenches with these products, not adjacent IT/security generalistsn
- Solid written and verbal communication — you'll represent Securden technically over email, phone, and web meetingsn
- Comfort presenting to and persuading technical and business stakeholdersn
- Comfort working global shifts — our customer base is B2B and worldwiden
- High ownership mentality
