n Who are we looking for?
nAn experienced inside-sales professional who meets the following criteria:
n
- n
- Minimum one year of experience in EdTech, SaaS, insurance, banking, or healthcare sales.n




- Professional communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).n
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.n

n Roles & Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Handle 100+ outbound calls per day to qualify leads and achieve targets set by management.n
- Connecting with clients (students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails.n
- Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients.n
- Following up with clients to clear their concerns and handling negotiations.n
- Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)n
- Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel.n
