Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven

Google Ads Expert

to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance while maintaining efficient ad spend.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage

Google Ads campaigns

across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant formats.
Conduct

keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting .
Create and optimize ad copies, extensions/assets, landing page strategies, and campaign structures.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize

CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall ROI .
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve business objectives.
Perform

A/B testing

of ads, keywords, audiences,



bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
Set up and monitor

conversion tracking

and ensure accurate reporting.
Work with the content, creative, SEO, and web teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular

performance reports and dashboards

with actionable insights.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Stay updated with

Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends .
Manage remarketing and audience-based campaigns.
Ensure campaigns comply with Google advertising policies and best practices.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on expertise in

Google Ads / Google Ads Manager .
Excellent knowledge of

Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns .
Strong understanding of

keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optim
