Position Overview
We are looking for a

motivated and results-driven Sales Representative

to join our aviation sales team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of

aircraft parts and aviation aftermarket operations , with experience handling customer RFQs, managing client relationships, and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer

RFQs , follow up on quotations, and drive order conversion.
Drive sales of

aircraft spare parts

while maintaining competitive pricing and profitability.
Conduct

Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and market research

to support pricing decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with

customers, suppliers, and industry partners .
Manage

purchase and sales orders , ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate

CRM records

of sales activities,



customer interactions, and opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the

aviation aftermarket .
Requirements
1–5 years

of experience in aviation sales, aircraft parts trading, or a related business environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of

aircraft components, aviation supply chains, and aftermarket operations .
Strong

negotiation, commercial, analytical, and business acumen

with the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Excellent

verbal and written English communication

and customer/stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

and CRM/sales management tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced setting .
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
