Qualifications

Any Graduate / MBA in HR (Preferred)

Experience

Relevant Experience : 23 Years

Must Have Skills
Experience in HR Shared Services and APAC HR Operations
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Employee Changes & Offboarding)
Hands-on experience in HR documentation and HRMS maintenance
Good knowledge of payroll coordination and advantages administration
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR systems
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and process-oriented approach

Good Have Skills
HR reporting and analytics Employee query management
HR compliance and documentation
Visa and employment letter preparation
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Process improvement mindset
Positive organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle activities for the APAC region.




Prepare HR documents and maintain HRMS records.
Coordinate with HRBPs and internal stakeholders.
Resolve employee and manager HR queries.
Support payroll and advantages administration.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Ensure HR policy compliance.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
