N Role Overview
NThe HR & Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced education-focused environment.
N Key Responsibilities Human Resources

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. N
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. N
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities. N
Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback documentation. N




Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. N

n Administration

Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing. N
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff and events. N
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services. N
Support planning and execution of company events, workshops, and competitions. N
Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations. N

n Requirements
N
n
Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. N
1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Freshers with solid skills may also apply). N
Robust communication and interpersonal skills. N
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software/tools. N
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities. N
