Role: Zoho Platform Consultant (Zoho One administration, automation and support)

Engagement type: External consultant on a part time monthly retainer. Not an employment role.

Client: Dilzer Consultants Pvt Ltd, SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, Bengaluru

Reports to: Managing Director and Principal Officer, working day to day with the Assistant Planner Head and the HR function

Location: Remote, with periodic in office or video presence in Bengaluru as required for reviews and rollouts

Commitment: Approximately 8 to 12 hours per week, with agreed availability for month-end payroll and quarter-end reporting cycles

Setting: Zoho One, 29 licensed users

Context and Purpose

Dilzer Consultants runs its entire advisory practice on the Zoho ecosystem. Client acquisition, financial planning delivery, document storage, internal communication, HR and payroll all sit inside Zoho One. The platform is therefore business-critical, not a back-office convenience.

We are seeking an external Zoho consultant on a part-time retainer to take over and continue the platform work currently in progress. The consultant is expected to own configuration, automation,



and support across the Zoho suite; complete the in-flight items listed in Section 5; and progressively reduce the firms dependence on any single individual through proper documentation and handover.

Current Zoho Footprint

The consultant will inherit an environment at the following stage of maturity:
Live and in daily use: CRM, Cliq, Meetings, WorkDrive, Forms, Invoice, People, Payroll
Pending rollout: Campaigns, Bookings, Zoho Flow-based WorkDrive and CRM integration
Planned for later phases: Desk, Survey, Projects, Analytics, Books integration
