10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with strong solution architecture experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Customer Service (CS).
Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management.
Solid SAP CS knowledge covering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing.
Solid integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP.
Experience with S/4HANA transformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
Solid client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills.
