Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Platform team. This team builds the firm's internal AI platform that connects enterprise systems (identity, data, governance) with GenAI tools such as agents and copilots. This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable, secure, and reliable platform services.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate core AI platform services (Python, REST, async APIs, streaming)
Own gateway capabilities: routing, retries, rate limits, quotas, multi-tenancy, and policy enforcement
Build and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) services
Ensure scalability and reliability on Kubernetes (autoscaling, performance tuning, debugging)
Define and manage SLOs/SLIs, monitoring, and incident processes
Improve CI/CD, IaC practices, and secure SDLC




Contribute to platform roadmap and architecture decisions

Required Skills
7+ years of software engineering experience
Solid programming in Python, Java, or Go (async, concurrency, high-throughput systems)
Distributed systems knowledge (rate limiting, retries, idempotency, failure handling)
Production experience with Kubernetes
Basic understanding of LLM integration patterns
Robust communication and design leadership skills

Preferred
API authentication (OAuth, JWT, mTLS)
Observability tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Terraform and automation-driven settings
Experience using AI development tools responsibly.
