Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information
Always maintain a high level of professionalism
Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced level of English proficiency
Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education

Required documentation (education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, experience letters if applicable)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work with urgency
Positive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru (no remote or hybrid option)

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service (training will be provided)
Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications (or willingness to learn)
Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
