Role Description The Sales Manager - individual will be responsible for generating and managing home loan and LAP leads, meeting prospective customers, and explaining housing finance products in alignment with company policies. This is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruppur,



involving regular field visits, relationship building with channel partners, and participation in local marketing activities. The role includes assisting customers through the loan application process, collecting and verifying required documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and approval. The Sales Executive will track sales targets, prepare periodic sales reports, and provide feedback from the market to help refine products and processes. Maintaining good standards of customer service and adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements are core aspects of the position.
