Solution Architect

Role Purpose

The Solution Architect will understand customers’ business and technology requirements and translate them into secure, practical and implementable technology solutions.

The role requires a holistic understanding of enterprise technology—including infrastructure, networks, cloud, identity, cybersecurity, applications, data,



integration and technology operations. The person is not expected to be an implementation specialist in every area, but must understand how these components work together, identify dependencies and risks, and bring the right specialists into the solution.

The candidate’s primary technical depth should be in cybersecurity and IAM/PAM, supported by sound working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and networking.

Experience Required

7–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, infrastructure, cloud or related areas.
At least 2–3 years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, technical presales or a customer-facing technology role.
Prior hands-on experience in implementation, engineering or technical operations is strongly preferred.
Experience in understanding customer requirements and converting them into practical technical solutions.
