Role Description The Field Marketing Representative for flexible packaging & HR Admin Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the Field Marketing Representative will visit clients and prospects, present flexible packaging solutions, gather market insights, and support sales activities to strengthen the company’s presence in target markets.



The HR admin responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, managing basic HR documentation, and helping ensure compliance with internal policies. Day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and preparing basic reports on marketing and HR activities.
