We are building a technology-driven marketplace that simplifies procurement and enables local retailers and suppliers to grow their businesses. We are looking for a Program Manager – Founder’s Office who can work closely with the Founder/CEO on high-priority business initiatives, strategic programs and cross-functional execution.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager – Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive critical business programs across Category, Supply, Operations, Sales, Product and Business teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace, can independently solve ambiguous business problems, and has the ability to take an initiative from problem identification → planning → execution → tracking → closure.





You will be responsible for driving multiple strategic programs simultaneously and ensuring that business priorities are executed with the right speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management
Work directly with the Founder/CEO on high-impact strategic and operational programs.
Own end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives across functions.
Break down large business problems into actionable workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
Establish clear goals, milestones, KPIs and ownership for every program.
Continuously monitor progress and ensure timely closure of key initiatives.
Business & Category Programs
Work closely with Category, Supply, Operations, Sales and Product teams to drive business growth initiatives.
Identify gaps in business performance and develop structured solutions.
