Follow up with leads generated through website inquiries, Meta/Google ads, social media, and other sources.
Understand students’ interests and requirements and provide them with accurate information about our filmmaking courses.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages from prospective students.
Follow up regularly with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and admission status.
Convert genuine inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating the advantages and details of our programs.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team whenever required.
