With 241+ licensed Ayurvedic formulations, GMP-certified manufacturing facilities, wellness clinics, organized retail presence, and the Bipha Life Hospital & Research Center, Bipha is now expanding its consumer and digital footprint.

We are looking for an ambitious Head of E-Commerce to lead this next phase of growth and build Bipha into a stronger, more scalable digital-first wellness brand.

The Role
The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for driving Bipha’s online business, digital revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability across the company’s D2C website, marketplaces, and other online channels.





This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the e-commerce business, including P&L;, online merchandising, pricing, promotions, digital campaigns, customer experience, analytics, conversion, retention, and marketplace growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to create a seamless omnichannel customer experience and establish e-commerce as a significant growth engine for Bipha.

Key Responsibilities
Own the E-Commerce P&L;, revenue targets, profitability, and growth strategy.
Develop and execute the overall D2C and marketplace growth strategy.
Drive online sales, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, customer retention, and customer lifetime value.
Lead online merchandising, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
Manage and optimize product listings, content, SEO, search v
