Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving real estate sales and managing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales proposals and documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales processes. The Senior Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, track market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular reports and insights to management. This position also includes mentoring junior sales staff and representing the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar high-value consultative sales role, preferably in residential or commercial property.
Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Kolkata, including pricing, regulations, and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages; ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
