Overall Purpose of The Job





You will be involved in Global technical project work and support the mergers and acquisition team; you will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the infrastructure environment on a BUA basis. The role may involve global travel to support and deploy group solutions.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

You will be tasked with day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues within the company's infrastructure services ensuring you, work within agreed SLA's within an ITIL environment.
You will be involved in a variety of Infrastructure projects spanning from day-to-day operational improvements to new service delivery solutions.
As part of the Groups plans for growth, we are undertaking several mergers and acquisitions; you will be an integral part of this process including design to deployment.
Work with a variety of senior stakeholders to represent the infrastructure function at Group level, contributing to overall IT strategy.
Providing 3rd / 4th line technical support across the IT Infrastructure workplace including network and cloud technologies.
