To Monitoring the team members to complete the Admin tasks on daily basis as Sales and Services Jobs are Setup, Completed and Invoiced in timely manner for achieve the KPI

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

Responsibility to ensuring team is maintaining up-to-date data in MSIP and Dynamics.
Supervising day to day work of the Admin Coordinator & Admin Assistant under his/her control.
Training and mentoring of Team Members on regular basis as per the need identified by time to time to ensure improve the awareness and productivity
Responsibility to ensure group and management instructions followed by all in the team and discipline is maintained
Assisting in any other responsibility as instructed by Finance Manager / Admin Manager/ Head of Operations/ General Manager.
Monitoring the accruals report in MSIP for Job completions and ensure team is follow up the I
