Role Description The Medical Officer will provide direct patient care, including clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up in an outpatient polyclinic and pathology lab environment. Responsibilities include conducting thorough examinations, prescribing appropriate medications, coordinating with diagnostic and pathology services, and maintaining accurate medical records.



The role involves working closely with specialist physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and adherence to clinical protocols. The Medical Officer may also participate in patient education, basic clinical procedures, and internal training activities to support quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
Qualifications
Clinical expertise in Medicine and strong skills in Patient Care.
Ability to collaborate effectively while Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in Training junior staff or supporting clinical education activities.
Exposure to Surgery or minor clinical procedures, as relevant to a polyclinic setting.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare workplace is preferred.
