This is an prospect to work with a globally recognized organization while collaborating with distributed engineering, cloud operations, and product teams supporting applications used by thousands to millions of users worldwide. Location100% Remote Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks What You'll Do Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across production, staging, and testing environments. Investigate incidents, service disruptions, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes. Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Work closely with software engineers, Dev Ops teams, cloud engineers, product managers, and customer success teams. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes. Analyze application logs, system metrics,



and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents. Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and operational runbooks. Support production environments while maintaining high availability and service reliability. Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities where required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience.
