Role & responsibilities
Business Development: Generate leads and sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referrals.
Customer Acquisition & Consultation: Meet potential customers, understand financial needs, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
Sales & Processing: Guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete and quality documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit teams for timely disbursement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid ties with channel partners (builders, connectors) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Portfolio Management: Monitor loan accounts, manage early delinquencies, and ensure minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
Cross-Selling: Upsell/cross-sell other banking products like insurance or cards.
