UKG Dimensions Functional Lead Experience: 5–7 Years Location: Remote Hours: Must have a few hours of overlap with U. S. Eastern Time (ET)Position Overview We are looking for an experienced UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management) Consultant who combines strong hands-on application expertise with project management capabilities. This is not a pure Project Manager role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading projects and stakeholder discussions while remaining hands-on with UKG Dimensions configuration, solution design, enhancements and testing. The role supports a large enterprise workplace with Oracle HCM/Payroll and UKG integrations. Responsibilities• Lead UKG Dimensions enhancement and design-change initiatives from requirements through deployment.• Work hands-on with UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM configuration and solution design.• Support areas such as Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and Accruals.• Lead requirements and design discussions with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.• Manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies,



risks and cross-functional teams.• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and payroll testing.• Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and recommend solutions.• Work with technical teams supporting integrations between UKG, Oracle HCM/Payroll and other enterprise systems.
