As we scale our community-health network, clinics, digital-health solutions and population-health programmes, we are looking for a senior healthcare skilled to strengthen clinical governance, quality and health outcomes across the organisation. The Role

The Head – Clinical Governance & Population Health will provide organisation-wide clinical leadership and ensure that i Kure's healthcare programmes,



community-health interventions and technology-enabled care models operate with appropriate clinical standards, patient-safety mechanisms and measurable health outcomes.

This is not a conventional hospital-based role. The position combines clinical governance, population health, community healthcare, digital health, quality improvement and innovation .

The person will work closely with leadership, programme, technology, research and operations teams and will be a key member of i Kure's senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Governance & Quality
Establish and strengthen i Kure's overall clinical governance framework. Develop, review and standardise clinical protocols, SOPs, referral pathways and escalation mechanisms. Ensure appropriate standards for patient safety, quality of care and continuity of care. Lead periodic clinical audits, quality reviews and corrective-action processes.
