Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct safety training programs for employees on various topics such as HIRA, confined space entry, work at height, scaffolding, cold rolling mill operations, and permit systems.
Develop and deliver customized training materials based on client requirements.
Provide technical support to clients during plant visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all training activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with management teams to identify areas of improvement in the organization's overall safety performance.
