Role & responsibilities
Create a safe, caring, and engaging learning workplace.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Support children's physical, social, emotional, and language

development.
Teach basic concepts, routines, and good manners through play.
Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being.
Observe and track each child's progress.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE preferred).
Positive communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Passionate about working with young children.
Patient, caring, and responsible.
Solid child-handling and classroom management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome; prior preschool experience is an added

advantage.
Must be available for full-time work.
