Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring resolving delinquent cases
Regular follow up and visits to delinquent customers.
Achieve the bucket wise resolution target through the in-house/agency
Job Requirements:
Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property Collections
Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
Valuable Communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable team management skills
Knowledge of provisions of the law (Specially IBC / SARFAESI / NCLT / Immovable Properties) will be added advantage.
