Job Description
- Drive sales and business development activities for specialty chemicals and composite materials.
- Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, manufacturers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions.
- Provide sales forecasts, business reviews, and market intelligence reports.




- Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in specialty chemicals, composites, industrial materials, or chemical distribution.
- Strong background in B2B sales, trading, distribution, sourcing, or business development.
- Demonstrated success in developing new customers and growing business portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
