Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester with experience in validating applications, IVR systems, and cloud-based solutions. The candidate should have solid expertise in manual and functional testing, defect tracking, and test execution in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Validate IVR call flows and customer interaction journeys.
Log and track defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers and business teams for issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing activities.
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

Required Skills
Solid experience in manual and functional testing.
Experience in API testing and validation.
Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience testing IVR or contact center applications.
Exposure to automation testing tools.
Knowledge of AWS or cloud-based applications.
