This position is for our client in Industrial Plumbing products.
Manage a team of sales specialists to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
Build solid relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling plumbing products to existing customers.
Requirements
Experience - 1 to 4 Years.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing products and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building robust relationships with dealerships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
Open to travel across Chennai region.
