Job Description
- End to end management of Construction Site
- Delivering construction as per agreed timelines and quality
- Cost controls to execute projects within Estimation
- Meeting estimated project schedules for site execution
- Exceptional Site Safety Record
- Preliminary Job site visit & preparation for material delivery
- Preparation for Erection Method Statement
- Reading & interpreting Erection Drawings and allocating site works
- Monitor master schedules and material deliveries
- Timely Material calls offs
- Monitor the unloading to ensure proper materials handling and storage
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in site management within the steel industry
- Solid organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Man Management - Site Operatives between 30 to 100
