Job Summary The Production Apprentice will undergo structured on-the-job training in manufacturing operations, learning production processes while ensuring compliance with Valuable Manufacturing
Practices (GMP), safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities under supervision.
Support equipment cleaning, setup, and operation.
Follow batch manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in material handling and line clearance activities.
Report any abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production areas.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, MSc or BSc Chemistry
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Positive documentation practices.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
