We are looking for an experienced T24 Business Analyst with solid expertise in Core Banking and Data Migration. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, migration validation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end migration delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and data mapping documents.
Drive migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams.
Support SIT, UAT, migration testing, and production rollout.
Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Experience in large-scale T24 transformation projects.
